The Library's new WINTER FAMILY READ ALOUD program is for families to enjoy reading and other activities together during December, January and February. Beginning December 1, each family can register to receive one log per month to record their family's read aloud sessions and shared fun activities. Each log can be returned for prizes and a chance to win Chicago Wolves hockey tickets! New this year - Don't live in Naperville? Join for $5.00 per child.

This 30-minute program of stories, songs and more is for children of all ages. At least one parent or adult caregiver is required to accompany children to these fun-filled programs.
Looking to connect with other readers and dig into some great books? Join our book club! The 95th Street Library and Nichols Library will each hold three book club meetings to discuss what we've read as well as enjoy interesting activities. To know the next title to be read, please check our website, Facebook page, or Twitter feed, or at the Children's Reference Desk the day after each meeting.

An introduction to storytime for children ages birth - 23 months. This 20-minute interactive program includes stories, songs and fingerplays. You will have time after the program to share board books and other featured titles with your little one. An adult caregiver must attend with each child. The only exception is in the case of twins.
A special storytime for the 3-year-old, who may not be comfortable participating in storytime alone. Parent/caregiver attendance is optional. We hope that after several storytimes, your 3-year-old will be ready to attend without a parent or caregiver.
