2008 Summer Reading Program2008 Summer Reading Program2008 Summer Reading Program
June 8 - August 3

Registration begins on Sunday, June 8 during our Kick-Off Party.

Children's Summer Reading Program
Beginning Sunday, June 8, 2008 children can sign up for the game of a lifetime by joining the Naperville Public Library’s Summer Reading Program – Get in the Game, READ! A kick-off party with snacks, fun, and games will be held at all three buildings on Sunday, June 8 from 12-5pm. Each Naperville card holder from birth through 5th grade can register and receive a SPORT-tivity game log. In addition to recording reading and listening time, the game log includes fun activities that promote early literacy and lifelong learning. Incentive prizes will be given out as each game is completed on the game log. At the end of the program, family-friendly raffle prizes will be awarded – the more weeks a child participates in the program, the more chances to win the raffle prize! The last day to complete the game log and redeem prizes is August 3.
A current Naperville Public Library card is required to participate in the program.
