Welcome to the Naperville Public Library. The Children's Services Staff is pleased to introduce you to the materials and services we have available for you. Special school services are provided by the Naperville Public Library as part of our mission to support educational efforts within our service area. Our service area consists of those schools within Naperville city limits.
ASSIGNMENT ALERT
We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this service. When many children in the schools served by Naperville Public Library are working on similar assignments, materials can become scarce. By requesting an Assignment Alert, teachers can insure that materials will be available for everyone needing them. The staff will pull the appropriate items and set up a reserve shelf. These materials will be restricted to in-library use. Please notify us at least 3 weeks before the assignment is given in case some materials are in circulation. It also helps us to find the most appropriate materials if we receive a copy of the assignment. Find a copy of the Assignment Alert form here to print, or use the Electronic Assignment Alert Form to reach us online.

Assignment Alert forms are available at Children's Reference Desk at Nichols, Naper Blvd. and 95th Street Library.

You may also contact: Monica Minnick at Nichols Library at (630)961-4100 ext. 6101.
